newspapers this morning publish Legislative Council Agenda

which discloses the Government's intention as stated in

paragraph 1 of my telegram No. 108. This afternoon

details of vessels to be built locally and presented to

His Majesty's Government will be stated as in peregraph 2 of

my telegram No. 96 but without estimated cost of various

types.
